1. About Vault Dubai
Vault Dubai is a Dubai-based boutique curation service offering luxury-inspired lifestyle products. Our products are curated from UAE suppliers and are premium boutique-quality luxury-inspired items. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representatives of any official luxury designer brands.
2. Product Reservations
All product orders are placed through WhatsApp Business. A reservation is confirmed only after our team sends a confirmation message on WhatsApp. By sending a reservation request, you acknowledge that this does not constitute a binding purchase until confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to stock availability.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price agreed upon at the time of WhatsApp confirmation is binding for that transaction.
4. Signature Set Option
The Signature Set upgrade includes premium gift packaging: a matte black gift box, tissue wrap, gold wax seal, and handwritten card. This is an optional add-on. Signature Set pricing is as displayed per product on our website. Packaging materials may vary slightly while maintaining the same premium standard.
5. Product Descriptions & Images
We make every effort to accurately describe and depict our products. However, visual style, colour, and minor details may vary slightly from product photos due to photography conditions and supplier variations. Real product photos are available upon request through WhatsApp before order confirmation.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available across the UAE. Same-day delivery is offered for most Dubai areas when orders are confirmed before 2PM GST. Delivery timelines are confirmed via WhatsApp at the time of order. Vault Dubai is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated via WhatsApp.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the boutique nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
8. Payment
Vault Dubai accepts payment via UAE bank transfer, cash on delivery (for selected areas), and other methods confirmed via WhatsApp. Payment details are provided at the time of order confirmation. We do not accept online card payments through this website.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, design, and branding is the property of Vault Dubai. Unauthorised reproduction or use of our content is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Vault Dubai's liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
