UAE Standard delivery covers all emirates and takes 2–4 business days from order confirmation.
Dubai Express next-day delivery is available for Dubai addresses only, selected at checkout as a paid upgrade.
Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Standard delivery is free for orders over AED 399.

Returns Policy
Due to the boutique nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide photos of the issue when contacting us. We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Items must be unused and in original packaging for any exchange consideration.
Signature Set packaging items (gift box, card, etc.) are non-returnable once opened.
Resolution timelines are communicated personally via our concierge team based on the specific situation.
