Delivery Policy
All deliveries are arranged personally through WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation.
Same-day delivery is available for most Dubai areas when orders are confirmed before 2:00 PM Gulf Standard Time.
Next-day delivery is available across all UAE emirates.
Delivery charges, if applicable, are communicated at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp.

Returns Policy
Due to the boutique nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide photos of the issue when contacting us. We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Items must be unused and in original packaging for any exchange consideration.
Signature Set packaging items (gift box, card, etc.) are non-returnable once opened.
